Walls, blinds, extra square footage and items requiring excessive/deep cleaning and are not included in the list price and are charged seperately.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hour prior to scheduled time will forfeit the deposit fee of $150. Appointments may be rescheduled for a future date within 30 days of initial date and the deposit will applied to updated appointment.

All recurring cleaning schedules require a one-time initial deep clean on the first visit, clients receive a 10% discount. If its determined on our initial walk-through that the space is already maintained regularly, this requirement may be waived.

If upon arrival we encounter any of the following, we will not be able to complete the clean and all deposit and charges will apply in full:
​
Mold growth
Animal waste of any kind (including egregious odors)
Aggressive animals
Any signs of drugs or paraphernalia
Anyone appearing intoxicated or under the influence​
